Wes Jones – Keller Williams - Managing Broker
As the son of a builder and a real estate agent, I guess I was born to be in this business. My earliest memories are the Sunday drives my Dad took us on to visit his projects. I grew up working in property management and on the job sites building homes with my Dad’s different building companies (Newhall, Jones & Stackman and Encore Custom Homes). I grew up in Bellevue but an opportunity to play football in College brought me to the University of San Diego. I graduated with an emphasis in real estate from the Burnham Real Estate Institute in 2001. Soon after I became a licensed agent in 2004, and a managing broker in 2007.
Prior to starting my team, Homehelper Consultants, I helped run a local property management company and boutique real estate firm. I think one of the things that sets me a part is the builder and property management knowledge I bring to the table. Growing up in Bellevue, I am as local as they come and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Real estate isn’t a job for me, it’s a career, a passion, and it’s in my blood. I love what I do.
Recently I passed my Washington State real estate instructors license exam. This was long overdue as I enjoy sharing what I have learned in a classroom setting with other agents looking to further their knowledge. Whether it’s in a classroom, or on a panel at a real estate conference, I really enjoy giving back what I can to the industry.
There is not a lot of free time in my week, but when I find some time it is spent with my wife Kristin, sons Warner & Walker, and dog Snickers. If I have some spare time off, I really enjoy my time at Snoqualmie Pass in the winter, weightlifting/Xfit, and playing tennis in summer. Growing up during the Seattle music scene in the 1990’s, I am passionate about the live music that passes through town. I am also a rabid Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners fan. I am still anxiously awaiting our Seattle Sonics’ return!
The Wes Jones Team
I am really proud of EVERY member of my team. I would be nothing without them and they are truly the reason we are able to accomplish so much, and help so many different families from different walks of life. We are typically ranked in the top 25 of all teams nationally through Keller Williams. Last year, we were ranked 111th for all real estate teams across the country. This included all brokerages. I have been told we will rank in the top 100 this year!
