The market has never been as competitive as it has been today. That's why who you work with matters.  When you are puchasing a home, you need to have your financing lined up.  That is why I only work with the best, and to me, that is April Janas of Bay Equity

I have never met a more responsive lender than April, whether it be working with a real estate agent, or getting back to her clients.  The programs she has are unique.  She will also take the time to put her clients through the underwriting process.  Many lenders have the ability to do this, few choose to do it b/c it takes extra work.  But it gives you an advantage over other buyers using financing b/c you can close quicker with April using this technique.  We have even used this strategy to beat cash offers!

April is also great if you need to refinance.  She is a straight shooter and has always gotten the job done for me and my clients.  April continues to impress me by saving the day at the last minute where others have dropped the ball or given up!

With over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry I have been involved first-hand in literally every facet of residential lending. As a Loan Officer I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients and realtors based on integrity, commitment to excellence, overall industry & product knowledge, and superior client experience.

I am responsive, organized, and utilize various cutting edge technology implementations to maximize efficiency and follow-up.

One of my most valuable experiences is the time I spend teaching home buyer education classes, because that allows me to truly understand what customers experience when buying a home and by their experiences I see how important choosing the right lender really is. My vast exposure to the totality of the industry has given me a broad understanding of what it takes to ensure a loan transaction is smooth and successful. 

My #1 goal is to help clients make informed decisions, facilitate a smooth transaction, and build long-lasting relationships while helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
