Our listing boost concierge service fronts money to our clients to not only address repair issues found during the complimentary Pre-listing inspection, but also potential cosmetic updates or upgrades in the house.  We work with our clients to address what is most important to repair and make small to medium sized improvements to help maximize your home's value, all while keeping your return on investment in mind.

For example, these could be smaller items such as filling nail holes, a fresh coat of paint, landscaping, or deep cleaning, or larger projects such as new flooring, a new roof, or even a full kitchen update!

Most importantly, we help coordinate the repairs and update, and event better, all costs are repaid through the proceeds of the sale at closing.
